If your booking is cancelled 15 days or more before check-in, 100% of your booking is refundable (less any transaction charges).

If your booking is cancelled 14 days or less before check-in, 100% of the booking amount is charged and is non-refundable. For the avoidance of any doubt, in the event of a no show, 100% of the booking amount is charged and is non-refundable.
